The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours it caused slight delays.

the location was acceptable, not directly in the city center. but it meant it was quieter.
the wifi signal was weak and dropped constantly. it made checking emails a real pain. also, the bed lights could not be switched off. i practically needed sunglasses to sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well designed. The hotel restaurant is good. Av. De Liberdade is wonderful for running or taking a long promenade to the waterfront.
One of the pillow cases was dirty. The room seemed clean, but the bedhead was dusty. We haven't noticed that until we opened the window towards morning to get some fresh air. It raised the dust from bedhead right into bed.

The staff was just amazing. Jose, telma, and sabrina always greeted me with a smile. louis and neto were very helpful too, offering great support, it felt so cute! the location was superb, and breakfasts were a treat each morning. the service stood out. Everyone was attentive and nice.
The wi-fi signal wasn't very stable. It kept disconnecting frequently, quite an inconvenience for getting some work done.
